THE COMPANY

Bimac was founded in 1979. Initially located in a small shed, the company immediately entered into the internal conveyors market devoted primarily to industrial weighing.

In subsequent years, the conveyor systems proposed Bimac adapted to the new market needs, and the company became a qualified supplier for large Italian groups that export their systems worldwide in a wide range of sectors (automotive, mechanical, rubber, plastic and logistics), providing transport systems with rollers, chains, belts, modular systems, elevators, loaders, automation and much more.

In 1997 the company moved to new premises and is committed to providing its customers with a service to provide complete systems, from design to construction, up to the assembly of electrical/electronic systems on-board the machinery to integrate its products with the complex systems of its customers. Currently 90% of the systems produced for its customers is exported worldwide.

Over the years, Bimac has selected qualified suppliers who, together with specialists and engineers with extensive experience, provide a comprehensive service capable of meeting all customer requirements with projects dedicated to resolving the problems encountered.

  • a technical office for developing projects and systems
  • an in-house control office for testing systems
  • workshop for mounting / assembling plants
  • electrical and electronic technicians for the development of system management software
  • technicians for commissioning systems and for scheduled maintenance

  • motorized and/or friction roller conveyors for transporting boxes, pallets etc.
  • chain conveyor systems with loads up to 5000 kg / metre
  • conveyor belts for the most varied requirements
  • end of line product shipping systems integrated with strapping, taping, weighing, labeling and sorting systems
  • complex systems for interlocking production machinery with recognition of the piece in transit, accumulation, sorting and recovery at the end of the work cycle
  • high capacity loaders/elevators, tippers with rotation up to 180 degrees, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic lifters
  • continuous surface elevators for large hourly capacities
